The Vision Serpent is seen as the consciousness of Quetzal Coatl coming to visit mankind to deliver wisdom and new understanding. The Pueblo Indians believed that Turkey Vulture medicine would restore harmony that had been broken. Turkey Vulture assists with the transition of returning to the self.
